Organizing the day-to-day schedule of the CEO
Meet deadlines and expectations of CEO
Responsible for booking meetings, conference calls, and travel.
Take meeting minutes, write reports, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
Preparing the CEO's expense report, reconciling credit card statements or submitting billing information with general bookkeeping and good math skills
Conducts research as requested, using the Internet and other resources; compiles and creates statistical reports.
Manages special projects as needed.
Knowledgeable in legal documents.
Work experience for at least 4 years as a solid Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary
Has extensive written and oral English, and Filipino skills
Has strong knowledge in Microsoft Applications, Internet, etc.
Has outstanding Clerical and Analyzing Skills
Trustworthy and can keep confidential information
Specific administrative requests of the CEO
College Graduate of any 4-year course
At least 3 yrs work experience is required
