  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year course
  • Preferably has 2 years real estate sales experience
  • Must be able to lead and manage a team of sellers
  • Good communication skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Resourceful
  • Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
