ServiceNow is an integral part of our ITSM strategy. In this role, you will work closely with other teams to implement their needs and simplify their day to day activities using ServiceNow.
Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
Working directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow service catalog.
Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Assisting in the creation and configuration of notifications, client scripts, business rules, script includes, metrics, and more within ServiceNow.
Documenting process, platform, and workflow details.
Assisting in the development of systems integrations and process automation.
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science.
ServiceNow Admin Certification.
Expertise with workflows, catalog items, Business Rules, Inbound email actions, etc..
ITIL V3 Foundation certification a plus.
Must have experience developing process documentation.
