Position : Mandarin Speaking Travel Specialist
Schedule : Shifting

Duties :
Respond to customer’s inquiries about bookings, travel promos and reservations thru email and chat.
Ensures that the customer’s requests is handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Responsible for handling and managing reservation and cancellations of bookings.
Resolve and provide solutions for misplaced or denied bookings
Requirements :
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any field
BPO Experience is a plus but not required
Open for Fresh Graduates
Open for Undergraduates
Can speak, read and write Mandarin and English
