KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide systems application support for Salesforce to the wider business through project development;
  • Provide timely and accurate support to all end users queries;
  • Keep updated with the latest Salesforce seasonal release documents;
  • Apply and encourage best practice for systems development;
  • Maintain the operation of Salesforce for Disrupt Digital and it’s associated companies;
  • Monitor ongoing technology, product and vendor evaluation on the Salesforce platform and escalate and findings to the IT Manager;
  • Monitor the system logs and error handling of everything Salesforce related.
  • Be across all Salesforce custom development including integrations through middleware - for example SMS Magic to ensure any errors are able to be addressed in a timely manner.
  • All things Salesforce development (Visualforce pages, Apex classes & triggers, Apex test classes, Workflows and Business Process Builder and other admin level configuration)
  • Constructions of Salesforce web services and integrating with external APIs / RESTful / SOAP and integrating with 3rd Party systems
  • Maintaining high code coverage’
  • Any reasonable ad-hoc tasks and project work as required and directed by senior management
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certification;
  • Tertiary qualification in IT / Infrastructure / applications or related field or equivalent experience;
  • 3+ Years as a Salesforce Administrator / Developer;
  • 3+ Years experience in working with cloud systems
  • SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Advanced interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to work;
  • The ability to work in an agile and fast paced environment;
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders and sustain a high level of confidence in relation to the IT team;
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to provide accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • High Level of attention to detail, excellent forecasting and problem solving ability
  • An organised and proactive individual with strong work ethic
  • Proven experience to adapt to changes in a fast moving industry
  • Demonstrable background of working through the full product lifecycle with Salesforce
  • Proven Knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Force.com & Lightning Components
