JOB SUMMARY :
This job is responsible for accomplishing day-to-day requirements for projects and supporting the account management group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :
A. Commercial Excellence
1. Win Client Over. Build Strong Business Generating Client Partnership.
Understand what the client values, their directions, and needs intimately.
Able to read client’s likes and dislikes, wants and needs, feelings and thinking and influences accordingly.
2. Ensure timely project billing.
Make sure that all CEs are signed, POs issued, and invoices sent within the appropriate timelines.
B. Product Excellence
1. Support project management activities of assigned projects
Orchestrate end-to-end activities of basic or small projects.
Attend to client needs.
Coordinate and execute project activities using agency resources.
Ensure that correct materials are delivered, and that the mandatory requirements of the client are complied with guaranteeing quality assurance
C. Process Effectiveness
1. Client understanding
Have a basic understanding of how the client or business operates
2. Ensure excellent project / idea execution
Collaborate with discipline partners in the development of solutions to client problems.
Able to brief internal partners effectively by successfully identifying the issue.
Attend ASC project compliance requirements
Prepare needed reports

Prepare a self-evaluation at the end of every semester.
Initiates learning about market, culture, communication trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.

Basic Skills / Competencies Required :
Minimum Experience :
Must have had relevant work experience in the same field and / or position for at least one (1) year
