Job Description

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

  • The Project Analyst will work alongside the Project Manager / s to support the successful delivery of a suite of projects across the IQ-EQ Group
  • Adhere to Change Delivery processes including use of approved templates and checklists
  • Ongoing contribution towards continuous development and improvement of Change Delivery templates and checklists
  • Appropriate use of diagrams, graphs and other mechanisms to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, across and outside of the organisation, including senior management
  • Preparation of various documentation as required by the project to agreed standards, of consistent quality and to agreed timelines
  • Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

  • Work with Project Managers to devise the overall approach to delivering individual projects, making use of the internal methodology tailoring matrix.
  • Working with Project Managers and in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to devise, produce, validate and achieve sign-off of high-quality project documentation including : -Requirements DocumentsSpecification DocumentsProcess Definitions & Process Maps ( As Is’ & To Be’)
  • In conjunction with the Project Manager and in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, development of and provide input to project documentation such as : Product DescriptionsWork Package DescriptionsWork PlansTest Strategy, Plans and ScriptsStage Gate Readiness Assessment Documents
  • Ensure project delivery by providing analysis that feeds into and informs the capture of project risks and issues, and presenting informed inputs to support mitigation plans
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders from all areas of the business utilising appropriate use of diagrams, graphs and other mechanisms as required
  • Manage workshops and meetings as required to support project delivery including production of inputs (Agendas / packs) and outputs (minutes etc)
  • Adhere to internal project methodology and governance including use of approved templates and checklists
  • Contribute to improvement of templates and checklists
  • Provide regular progress updates to the project team and other stakeholders
  • Communicate personal task progress and completion on NetSuite SRP (Project Management Software) daily, including tracking all time spent on projects in NetSuite
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure that the agreed Service Transition process has been fully informed to support the BAU handover process.

  • Essential Criteria :

  • 3 Years+ experience operating in a similar role demonstrating the skills and experience to successfully perform the role
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skillsComfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders including subject matter experts, peers, managers, customers and suppliers Can do’ attitude, ability to cope with tight deadlines and working under pressureAbility to take initiative and self-manage
  • Experience of producing / validating project documents such as, Requirements Documents, Specification Documents, Process Definitions & Process Maps ( As Is’ & To Be’), Test Strategies and Test Scripts
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems and challenges, demonstrating strong analytical ability as well as providing informed insights
  • Good degree of literacy in applications such as; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio
  • Fluent in English Language
