Experience in the banking industry or banking operations projects is highly preferred.
Elicit and analyze the big picture and discern the appropriate level of detail needed in producing business analysis deliverables for projects delivered, depending on the audience.
Independently work on ambiguous contexts then bringing it to clarity through top-down and bottom-up analysis strategies, to be able to facilitate direction to management, stakeholders, and project team.
Conduct current state analysis to understand the capabilities of an enterprise-wide or functional scale or solution-level.
Analyzing and identifying solution improvements for overall efficiencies.
Lead improvement initiatives from concept, elicitation to design to implementation of the processes then validate the benefits realized by the initiative.
Handle projects as a BA for both (1) re-engineering / re-architecture projects and (2) maintenance projects. Leading reverse engineering activities, business rules extraction and management, and other related techniques.
Apply business process analysis, information analysis, and capture results through visual and textual models using techniques in enterprise analysis.
Plan, estimate, and manage BA team activities and deliverables.
Apply the best practicies / techniques in business analysis discipline and propagate the capability to the team and organization through coaching, mentoring and learning sessions.
Build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders of varying authority levels to effectively manage a project.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Information Technology (or any similar course) or Business Management (or any similar course).
Candidate must possess at least three (3) years of work-related experience in Business Analysis.
Candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Candidate must possess the ability to negotiate effectively and influence outcomes and decisions.
Candidate must display seasoned knowledge of and possess practical experience with qualitative and quantitative business analysis.
Candidate must display seasoned knowledge of and possess practical experience with agile methods.
