  • What You Will Do

    The primary objective is to provide service operation leadership by hiring, training, managing and developing associates.

    The Operations Manager :

  • Maximizes Service Team Productivity
  • Ensures quality service delivery
  • Manages customer relationships
  • Facilitates the achievement of Ecolab’s financial objectives
  • Demonstrates ethical and sound business practices
  • Works with service and sales organizations to retain and grow customer base
  • Provides tools and resources
  • Develops and coaches’ associates
  • Promotes safe work practices
  • Ensures regulatory compliance
  • Maintains a positive team environment
  • Works with each Service Supervisors / Team Leaders
  • Works on development activities with Service Supervisors
  • Works with an Technical Support Team / Sales Team in Luzon
  • Performs required safe work observations and monitor ALL drivers / service associates ride-alongs per year (These can be in conjunction with regular field trips or delegated to appropriate person to help execute with monthly tracking)
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Over 5 years of pest operations and / or business management experience
  • Over 3 years of personnel management experience
  • In-depth understanding of Integrated Pest Management and food safety
  • Clean motor vehicle / driving record and a valid driver’s license
