  • Providing Global IT support for Vodafone Global Enterprise, Vodafone Operators and partners for the services provided to them (Web Services)
  • Supports Business Support services within Global Data centres.
  • Maintaining the availability of the applications and their hosted servers.
  • Managing all system components.
  • Troubleshooting & facilitating the Infrastructure and connectivity issues between different service application tiers
  • Participating on the application deployments which are based on WebLogic application deployments.
  • Providing technical and functional support to the local web administrators for adding or modifying the web contents (pages, portlets, and content items) which are mainly based on Apache.
  • Fix all Incident / Problem tickets within the Agreed SLA
  • Bachelor of computer science / engineering
  • Strong Conversational English skill both oral and written.
  • 2-6 years IT Support, system administration, web / software development experience
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Very good analytical thinking skills
