Your contribution at AIG

As a contributor at AIG you are the one the clients turn to in times of need. You act with speed, composure, compassion and knowledge to solve problems and the work you do every day is the heart of AIG’s business.

  • A call center associate (CCA) services inbound insurance calls coming into the Contact Center Operations
  • Calls are regarding queries / availment on American General insurance policies.
  • He or she is expected to respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and create requests as necessary.
  • A CCA should exhibit dependability and flexibility.What we are looking for
  • Must have at least 6 months Call Center background
  • Knowledge with insurance policies and terminologies is a plus
  • Amenable to work in Alabang
  • Amenable to work night shift
  • The position is open to first year undergraduates / Vocational / Diploma course with 6 mos. experience, and Bachelor’s Degree holders
