Job Description

Establish and strengthen the brokers networks of SMDC nationwide and worldwide

Promotes SMDC properties through advertisements and other effective strategies

Develops and maintains client database

Train accredited brokers and salespersons and assist them in selling

Achieves monthly sales goals

Recruits and accredit sales associate to be part of SMDC

Minimum Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years in college

Preferably has sales experience

Tech-savvy

Good communication skills

Pleasant personality

Good negotiation skills

Willing to be deployed abroad
