Will be responsible for pro-actively supporting the working relationships with direct APC transactional accounts.They will be the primary contact to support customer’s order delivery requirements including scheduling, resolution of pricing issues and interfacing with Supply Planning for product availability and general account support within an account set.
Specific responsibilities include pro-actively managing open orders, fielding outgoing calls to direct transactional accounts regarding back order management, and insure on time delivery, field incoming inquiries from direct transactional accounts regarding logistics, order fulfillment, and APC order management policies.
They will also be responsible for working with other departments within APC to improve on time delivery and customer satisfaction, as well as other duties as needed.
Executes order administration functions to perform order processing transactions in the ERP and CRM applications.Works closely with Fulfillment and Project Coordinators to manage ordersand process them in a timely fashion.
Additional responsibilities include filing and continuous cross training in all forms of order entry, including EDI transactions.
