The opportunity

We’re looking for Senior Reporting Associate with expertise in MIS reporting, Business Forecasting & Planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist client facing teams with adhoc and standard report needs and handle queries on utilization, time charging and any queries on reports circulated.
  • Resolve queries related to reports.
  • Support in financial planning for the assigned business / location.
  • Work on tools like Excel, PPT, Access, Data Visualization tools, SharePoint etc.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the assigned Client facing team.
  • Interface regularly with client facing teams / leadership, develop strong working relationships and leverage information gained to anticipate client needs.
  • Be knowledgeable about the services offered by client facing teams and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and / or recommendations on reports being done for them or on requests received.
  • Coordinate for managing report logs / conducting meetings for team.
  • Act as SME for staff and new team members to coach them on reports and communication with clients.

  • Data Visualization tool (preferably PowerBI)
  • Strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to ensure that work is of a consistently high standard
  • Ability to multi-task projects and assignments in order of priority
  • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Reporting and preparing Dashboards for client facing teams and stake holders in other geographies, including senior leadership at GDS.
  • One-time tasks, ad hoc reporting, etc.
  • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Team player with willing and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, internally and externally
  • Ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential problems before they arise
  • What we look for
