Ø Lead the RCM operations ensuring adherence to Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and maximum reimbursement and achievement of goals.
Ø Responsible in client management handling such as engaging new clients to successfully execute a seamless implementation process, ensuring new clients for a safe and secure business transaction, handling complaint with the ability to turn as an opportunity and to visit client onsite as needed.
Ø To ensure business partners on productivity / Turn-Around-Time (TAT), positive planning and negotiation on capacity and deliverables.
Ø Create and adapt production processes. Identify, develop and implement production and quality workflow procedures.Ø Ensure fulfillment of capacity utilization goals through stern adherence to Turn-Around-Time (TAT).
Ø Develop and update tracking systems necessary in daily operation.Ø Prepare statistical summaries and reports related to productivity and quality optimization.
Ø Engage, associate and nurture a core team of experienced and highly specialized billers and Account Receivables callers.
Ø Manage optimal team strength to ensure that every team member is engaged completely and highly versatile. Ø Deliver a beating productivity and design excellent incentive scheme.
Ø Enhance capabilities for the team to new and relevant training, certification and other learning programs.Ø Completed any Bachelor’s DegreeØ Certified Professional Biller from American Academy of Professional CodersØ Exceptional experience in accounts and receivables analysis.
Ø Experience into multiple practice management system / Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)Ø At least 5 years experience in supervisory roleØ Excellent written and communication skillsØ Proficient in Microsoft applicationsØ Willing to work in Cebu City
