Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations and is responsible in monitoring, tracking and reporting offshore team’s performance versus agreed SLA to client and engagement leads
  • Conduct RCA to identify drivers impacting performance
  • Work closely with Quality and Training team to improve team performance
  • Manage client expectations and understanding of the contractual and commercial requirements for their area of responsibility
  • Provide and implements business-focused solutions in fulfillment of contractual obligations
  • Perform involved, in-depth analysis on a variety of technologies

  • Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree*At least 2 years supervisory experience in the BPO industry*Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills*Good English communication skills*Willing work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
