We are seeking to recruit Revit Technicians to be based in Manila, with the following skills :

General Responsibilities :
Working autonomously a lot of the time, with limited supervision from senior engineers, and would therefore need to be highly motivated to achieve the level of quality and work expected of him / her.
Your colleagues and supervisors may be based in another country, and you should be comfortable working in an online environment with frequent web-based meetings
Reporting directly to a senior engineer and work to achieve satisfactory conclusions from a highly results-driven organization
While the core of your work will be drafting in BIM / Revit, you may also be required to undertake other scopes such as site inspections, testing and commissioning work.
A flexible attitude towards varied workload is essential
Maintaining good relationships and communication with colleagues, Clients, and other stakeholders
Maintaining good technical knowledge of the industry and relevant M&E design and industry standards
Specific Responsibilities in Relation to BIM / Revit Work
Preparing Multidisciplinary 3D model using Revit for various LOD
Revit family content creation
Preparing relevant design development, coordination, and construction drawing
Extracting CAD drawings from Revit
Extracting BOQ from the Revit Model
Coordinating with BIM Coordinator / Manager creating RFIs, Progress report, etc.
Preparing Images and 3D rendering
Generating service clash detection report using Revit / Navisworks
Conducting QA / QC on every stage of Model submission
Close coordination and direct communication with architect and other design consultants

Your Success Profile includes :
A Degree level education in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
0-5 years professional experience in consultancy, contracting or from an industry related supplier
Relevant experience with mission critical facilities such as data centres and banking sector would be a distinct advantage
A Substantial experience of delivering MEP designs using Autodesk Revit software
An Understanding of BIM Standards , BIM Templates and Process
Additional Design and site-based experience is an advantage
A V very good written and spoken English skills
Computer literate and have experience of using Office 365 as well as other tools related to MEP design and BIM project delivery
