Job Description

  • Identifies business opportunities in the industry of construction and any related industry that would be a possible business partner or client for the electromechanical equipments
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
  • Facilitate the after service of the machines through contacting international suppliers
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommends new opportunities;
  • recommending profit and service improvements

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepares report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
  • establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Process the acceditation with suppliers and partners and maintain a positive supplier-partner relationship
  • Coordinate with the supplier / partner and the delivery inspection of the company's products before the release
  • Conducts regular communication to existing clients and potential clients; includes preparation of proposal
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of either of the following : Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Communication / Marketing & Management or related courses relevant to sales and marketing
  • Licensed Engineer (Not required for engineering graduates but an edge to your application)
  • Open to Newly Graduates but Candidates with Sales & Marketing experience is an advantage
  • For experienced applicants : An edge if with at least 1 year experience in the construction industry focused on Sales and Marketing of electrical, mechanical, and presentation on the instrumentation of electromechanical products and equipment
  • Goal-directed towards selling the electromechanical equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paces environment
  • Possess positive attitude and able to meet or exceed client's expectation
