Based at our subsidiary in the Philippines, in order to further strengthen our local team, we are currently seeking an :
Area Sales Executive
Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible to Achieve the targets set by the Company, do the routine call to the customer as per Standard Call Procedure defined by the Company, and Give the best service level to the customer.
Achieve the targets set for his / her area : sales in volume (KG) and value (local currency).
Plan his / her work activities.
Prepare and execute the work plan with discipline, as part of the daily routine.
Report the achievements (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) as per standardized formats provided by the Company (CRM / SFA).
Show discipline in the daily work routine (ex : follow up customer )
Collaborate with the Distributor Sales Representatives to achieve the targets together.
Ensure a great relationship with the Key Customers and Key Development Customers while maintaining sales performance and continuous business development.
Execute the company strategy and its diverse initiatives (ex : Innovation days, Specific program for specific key customer...).
Maintain the relationship with all stakeholders (internal & external).
Respect and ensure the Company’s confidentiality rules.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Advertising / Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
4+ years leadership experience, developing a go to strategy, leveraging customer insight and innovation
Experienced leading leaders, providing coaching, developing talent, and building a high-performance team
Experience in growing a business
Experience in sales responsibility, including budgets, expenses or pricing
Culture awareness and experience of diversity
Business fluent in English and local language (written, verbal)
