  • Basic Accounting function
  • Filing and submission of BIR and Gov't due benefits
  • Reconcile Company and Franchise outlet sales report
  • Provision of all office equipment for use by staff
  • The setting of internal operating rules.
  • Manages franchise evaluation, selection and certification and supervises franchisee performance record.
  • Coordinates franchise management to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints
  • Facilitates documentation of renewal of franchise agreement
  • Assist in UPP enrollment
  • Assist in preparing Addendum to change concept & location
  • Assist in Provision of offices for all staff.
  • Assist ensuring availability of adequate lighting, water, telecommunication, email, fax, computers etc.
  • Assist in filing document folder
  • Assist in Maintaining 201 files
  • Assist in preparing the document folder including : Operation manual Endorsement Package inclusions Accounting clearance Franchise agreement Inventory forms Initial inventory of stocks Flyers (when necessary)
  • Assist Procurement of office supplies
  • Assist in encoding of leads
  • Assist in Printing, photocopying, riso
  • Assist in recruitment and interview of applicants
  • Assist in handling customer complaints
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • College Grad preferably Accounting or related Sciences;
  • Preferably, Female;
  • With at least 2-years experience as Bookkeeping / Accounting function in food industry or franchise business;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
