    You will be responsible for :

  • Attending to incoming technical problems across various channels
  • Liaising directly with customers to understand the issue and providing appropriate solutions
  • Conducting follow-ups until issue has been resolved entirely and case is closed
  • Documenting all support requests and ensuring SOPs are adhered to
  • Relaying recurring issues to the relevant team for product improvement
  • Performing system upgrades and patching
  • The Profile

  • You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 1 year experience in a IT Helpdesk, Technical Support or similar role.
  • You have a strong understanding of Cloud Databases (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.)
  • You are a critical thinker and excellent problem solver
  • You are patient with strong communication skills to be able to provide step-by-step guidance to a non-technical individual.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and urgency and are reliable to deliver work of high standard.
  • You are eager to learn and adopt new technologies.
