What will your job look like?
You will act as a trusted advisor to the customer; Advise on, gather and define current and future business requirements that best reflect customer needs, based on product capabilities and best practices, ensuring high business value and influencing the interconnections between the business processes, technology, data and people.
You will lead the customer to optimal solution, see the overall picture while maintaining a level of detail appropriate to the context;
Leverage deep business and technology knowledge and experience, using this experience and intuition to identify requirements, assess capability gaps and propose possible solution approach and / or new capabilities that the project, iteration or work effort should deliver.
You will create strong relationship with the customer IT and business stakeholder group at the most senior levels of the organization and is familiar with customer IT plans, budget and business roadmaps.
You will lead E2E solution domain and take full responsibility for own work; Lead the work of other internal or external BAs and users (indirectly / matrix);
May provide quality review of BAs work to ensure that the business analysis work is of sufficient quality to meet solution objectives and deliver business value;
Manage requirements traceability and prioritization.
You will collaborate with project / line / solution manager on the planning and estimation of BA activities; Monitor BA activities, develop and manage requirements management plan;
and serve as the internal business analysis expert.
You will be responsible for developing and managing practices and standards and IP within the unit / organization.
All you need is...
Computer Science Degree or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System
10 years' of experience in telecom industry and / or IT, with at least 5 years practical experience in business / system analysis, working with customer on requirement and business processes definition, in a variety of complex situations.
Customer-facing experience : Ability to lead and facilitate sessions, resolve conflicts and present solution using various methods (presentations, demos, business processes etc.)
Wide knowledge & experience in set of products & master in E2E Business processes at least in one, if not most business domains.
Wide experience in stakeholder / client management.
