Scope and Responsibilities of a Business Trainer :

  • Accountable for training outcome and performance results as required by the business
  • Evaluates courses and conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to continuously improve the learning and delivery process
  • Represents the L&D team in all training-related meetings and discussions as needed
  • Manages and maintains all reports, files and documentation associated with training delivery

  • Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 4+ years relevant (training) experience in related field, required
  • Internal candidates are required to have at least 2 years of tenure with Cardinal Health.

  • Technical Competencies :

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills

  • Displays knowledge and proficiency in the training curriculum and subject matter
  • Has an ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching, and encourages learner motivation to ensure optimum transfer of skill sets and knowledge
