Responsibilities :
Responsible to manage all the performance of the team
Monitor the performance of the team and make sure that the target is met.
Responsible to resolve escalations or issues that the team cannot resolve
Provide support to the Buyer Team Manager for any changes in buying process or sourcing policy
Follows a variety of clearly defined procedures under general guidance within Sourcing areas
