Are you an experienced Careers Consultant looking to develop their own career with a true market leader? Then we are looking for you to join and assume the following responsibilities.
The incumbent will aid existing and new business expansion in Career through management and delivery of projects, networking and prospecting existing or new products / services and ensuring pipeline projects are closed.
You will work closely with the Business Leader in overall development and implementation of Rewards strategy for Mercer clients and support sales activities.
You will develop, manage and deliver these projects with support from Business Leader and technical experts in the region.
Network and liaise with other line of businesses and other channel marketing to identify and pursue sales leads, actively manage individual opportunities, respond to RFPs, develop proposals and lead opportunity meetings with clients about Rewards and Performance Management projects or products.
Conducting of Compensation market research and feasibility studies and in analyzing the viability of alternative business development opportunities.
The successful incumbent will possess a minimum of 7 years' careers experience
