Positions are open for both Filipino bilingual applicants and native Norwegian.
Join our team as Norwegian CSR :
Main task is to answer call, email & chat of the customers’ queries of an International famous fashion e-commerce client.
Give the best support to the customers that will lead to sales
Solve tricky and hard cases by collaborating with the team members
Being proactive in providing feedback for product & service improvement
Maintaining the integrity and ensure to be compliant with the processes
Requirements :
Strong writing skills in the Norwegian language
Can communicate in English & Norwegian written and verbal
Computer literate & Customer service experience is a plus
Experience using Zendesk is an advantage but not required
Living in the Philippines or willing to relocate after a pandemic
