Job Description : Car Audio Customer Support Responsibilities; Ø Knowledgeable in Automotive Audio and Stereo Parts Ø Providing accurate information and expert product advice to the customer.
Ø Actively establishing working relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Ø Assist in customer in specific stereo harnesses and facia needed for a plug and play.
Ø Assist customer about specific features of a specification of the head unit that the Customer needs and want. Ø Assist Customers via the phone or Skype calling, emails, and live chat.
