Responsible for sales invoicing and coding of revenue / collections.
Responsible for client invoice requests.
Assist the Assistant Accountant with contractor and placement invoicing.
Assist Debtors Control using the Ez Collect system.
Reconcile bank transactions and process journal adjustments.
Responsible for general accounts administration.
Assist the members of the finance team with financial reports and tax compliance.
Other tasks or requests related.
Qualifications :
Should be at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business.
2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience for an Australian client.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in collaborating with internal team members (i.e., Admin and Finance Team).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and reporting (e.g., VLOOKUP).
Must have experience in Xero .
Experience in using small business accounting software (i.e., MYOB Advanced).
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Ability to multitask effectively to manage timelines and meet deadlines.
Ability to solve or perform ad-hoc invoicing requests and propose appropriate solutions.
Sound judgment in performing business-related decisions, highly skilled in handling numbers with excellent planning and analytical capabilities.
