As a Customer Service & Logistic Lead you will develop, deploy manage and track the regional strategy roadmap to deliver the GSK Supply Chain (SC) winning formula, thereby supporting the overall GSK business objectives and priorities.

Why you?

Form strategic partnership and strong relationship with GM and LOC Leadership Teams (Commercial, Finance, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory ) to align supply chain to the business needs and commercial ambitions.

Represent the supply chain in Leadership forums providing stakeholders Work on team development, ensure that they are delivering their objectives, identifying talent for future progression

Align PH structure to the rest of GEM East markets. (Currently, all other GEM East markets have this role in the structure

Develop, conduct and improve the Customer Service and Logistics processes for the supply of products inbound to the LOC and outbound to its first trade customers in order to achieve optimal Customer Service levels and to maximize the On-Time-In-Full KPI, thereby supporting the commercial ambition.

Ensure the development of an efficient, cost effective and responsive supply chain to best serve our patients

Act as key interface between the Supply / Demand and Warehouse / Distribution operational teams and Commercial functions to align strategies and delivery plans.

Manage external customer relationships with first trade customers.

Manage supplier relationships with the local Customs Clearance LSP(s) and Repacker(s).

Lead risk management for the cluster to ensure business continuity and Supply Chain compliance

Manage the CS&L team in Philippines ensuring that they are delivering their objectives, managing their development, identifying talent for future progression

Form strong relationships and work with GM and LOC Leadership Teams (Commercial, Finance, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory ) to align supply chain to the business needs and commercial ambitions.

Represent the supply chain in Leadership forums providing senior stakeholder with clear guidance and challenge on current performance levels, identifying opportunities and risks.

Member of the Philippines Leadership Team Leadership team

Basic Qualifications :

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :

Bachelor’s Degree

8 or more years of Supply Chain experience

Logistics experience in a Current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment

Strong understanding of commercials drivers, objectives and challenges

Strong relationship management, building skills, with the ability to interact, influence, and manage multiple and varied business contacts, both internal and external, often with different requirements and goals.

Strong leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications :

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management

Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent leadership and influencing skills

Strong SAP knowledge
