An Accounting Specialist will perform daily accounting tasks under the HR Department. Responsibilities include managing payroll, comp, and ben, expense reports, reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.

Successful candidate will also pose as the Company's payroll POC in the Philippines.


This role with will be handling tasks and transactions that may be related to :

  • Payroll
  • Government agencies (SSS, BIR, MDR, HDMF)
  • Cash Management
  • Month-end and Year-end Books Closing
  • Financial Statement Preparation
  • Purchasing and vendor management
  • Preparation of Management Reports
  • Other projects and tasks that maybe required / assigned

  • Candidate must be a BS Accountancy graduate
  • Preferably CPA but not required
  • Minimum of one (1) year related work experience is required for this position
  • Must be familiar with payroll, BIR Tax Returns, SSS, HDMF and MDR requirements / reports
  • Above average Computer application skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
  • High sense of integrity
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Able and willing to work independently
  • Attention to details and ability to multi-task is an asset
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork duties
  • Demonstrated capability to make informed decisions, manage workload, and meet deadlines independently
  • Capability to analyze and find solutions to challenges
  • Very good communication skills
  • Must be willing to work from 5AM - 2PM
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Makati
