Duties and responsibilities :

Managing records and receipts

Assisting in the preparation of budgets

Disbursement and Purchases Book;

Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions

Processing invoices

Acts in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people;

Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams

Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters;

Checking of Branch transaction such as bills payment and petty cash disbursement;

Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required;

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and or equivalent;

Minimum of 1-3 years working experience in a Similar role;

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply;

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel;

Attention to details and ability to multi-task;

Good understanding of accounting principles;

Strong communication skills and organizational ability;

Able to extend long hours to meet departmental deadline;

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or looking for career advancement and growth.

Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig;
