Duties and responsibilities :

  • Managing records and receipts
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Disbursement and Purchases Book;
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Processing invoices
  • Acts in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people;
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters;
  • Checking of Branch transaction such as bills payment and petty cash disbursement;
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required;
  • Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 1-3 years working experience in a Similar role;
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel;
  • Attention to details and ability to multi-task;
  • Good understanding of accounting principles;
  • Strong communication skills and organizational ability;
  • Able to extend long hours to meet departmental deadline;
  • The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or looking for career advancement and growth.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig;
