1. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT · Manpower Planning : Provides the optimum number of people required for the specified areas thru an analysis of the area’s sales potential and sets the appropriate job expectations, qualifications and compensation and incentive schemes.

  • Training and Development : Determines and provides training and development programs appropriate to the distributor’s sales force.
  • Monitoring Controls : Sets regular sales reviews of the distribution sales force to monitor performance versus plan. · Motivation : Ensures that the Distributor and the company is aligned in terms of long term goals and strategies;
  • also recommends the appropriate recognition, incentive program and team building activities. 2. CHANNELS OF DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT · Creates and determines the appropriate COD (Channels of Distribution) structure based on the peculiarity of the area to achieve the business goals, penetrate new markets and launch new products aggressively.

  • Develops and nurtures strong channel relationships to manage conflict among the different channel partners. 3. COST MANAGEMENT · Conducts a quarterly review of the profitability of the distributor and recommends measures for improvement, including expense control and revenue-generating activities.
  • 4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT · Develops workable objectives, strategies and action steps for long-term corporate strategies. · Conducts regular meetings with the distributor on the market situation and variance reviews.

    5. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT · Ensures that all existing MIS (Management Information System) supports the operational requirements of the distributor and the information needs of the company.

  • Submits and interprets accurate, complete and timely reports, including relevant market information that may be required by the company.
  • 6. MERCHANDISING AND DISPLAY MANAGEMENT · Forecasts and controls the optimal number of merchandising materials and ensures the proper implementation of merchandising guidelines and installation of POP materials in the appropriate outlet types.

  • Enforces company regulations and standards on warehousing and product handling in the different outlet types and in the distributor’s warehouse, including the proper BO (Bad Orders) Management.
  • Ensures proper implementation of pricing across all distribution channels· College graduate of Business, Economics and other related courses· Extensive experience in sales and distribution management· Proficient in oral, written and presentation skills · Computer literate· Physically attractive, with healthy skin and good teeth
