Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Manages projects of all sizes with excellent understanding of industry standards
Serves as a liaison between clients, customer service, support teams, design and sales.
Communicates professionally and efficiently in all forms of communication
Enhances customer relationship through identification of customer needs and opportunities
Performs sales-related tasks such as upgrading and account renewal
Identifies opportunities for improvement while creating & implementing viable solutions.
Does multi-tasking while maintaining composure and efficiency
Works in a dynamic call center environment
Logs inquiries into the database and coordinates inquiries to concerned workgroups
Contacts customers by email and / or telephone for follow-ups and updates
Requests for pre-sales and post-sales documentation such as proposals, quotations, service / licensing contracts, and service request forms
Assists any sales-related concern
Sends standard emails and notices to clients and assists other staff in documentation and support requests
Accountable for meeting customer expectations and providing excellent customer experience
Desired Skills and Experience
This position requires a passionate, organized and goal oriented individual who uses good judgment in problem solving, decision making, & conflict resolution.
Someone who can define the projectâ€™s goal and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. In addition, the preferred candidate should be / have :
Graduate of Electrical Engineering
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
At least 6 months to 1 year handling a technical accounts
Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills
Ability to work with different types of personalities and drive towards common solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Word and Excel
Willing to work on graveyard schedules, and / or holidays
