Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound / outbound calls from Health Care Provider offices and our Client’s Sales Professionals.
  • Generate return labels using vendor portal and email to Health Care Providers and / or Sales Professionals
  • Open Help Desk tickets with return vendor and follow up to bring to closure as needed / required
  • Review and verify a high volume of documents per day to ensure required compliance components are present
  • Validate the quantity of product samples provided to office-based physicians through
  • delivery slips as reported by physicians and front office staff

  • Update required field information as necessary in the system
  • Communicate task statuses and questions with management
  • Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience with high volumes of repetitive work requiring a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working at a fast pace

  • Precise attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
  • Proficient knowledge of computer capabilities and PC applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and within a team environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
  • Must be a team player and able to work under time constraint.
