Develop standardized models for incentive programs;
Perform calibrations and back testing for incentive programs and short-term campaigns;
Provide inputs for assessment of incentive program effectiveness;
Prepare documentation for incentive programs;
Prepare incentive related analysis and reports;
Streamline and enhance processes and work flows;
Ensure compliance with policies & procedures.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :
2-3 years relevant experience in Business / Financial Planning & Analysis and / or Compensation is preferred;
Ability to work with big datasets is preferred
Advanced MS Excel and / or Access is required. VBA is a plus;
Proficient in MS PowerPoint;
Attention to detail;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Capable to deliver high quality outputs within tight timelines;
Highly driven and self-motivated.
