Job Description :


The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and executing our on page and off page SEO strategy and sit between our marketing and IT / development team.

In addition to managing current SEO strategies, the SEO Specialist will develop and implement new tactics to drive growth and to maximise our natural search channel as a whole.


  • Oversee and analyse current SEO initiatives and identify and execute new ones
  • Coding and search SEO expertise
  • Proficient in all policies and protocols for implementing on page strategies
  • Create a white hat link building strategies
  • Share SEO current events and search engine algorithm changes with internal colleagues.
  • Optimise websites including all subdomains and subdirectories for organic listings including image, social, local / maps and video optimization etc
  • Ranking & Keyword Management and Analysis : Produce high-level keyword analysis while tracking, managing and distributing daily and weekly organic rankings for website
  • Review current on-page issues and work with our development team on fixing
  • Oversee website content with our Listing team to ensure the on-page and off-page site copy is both user and SEO friendly.
  • The SEO Analyst will also make sure all content is engaging to users, of the highest quality, keyword smart to limit competing pages, etc

  • Provide expert natural search advice, reporting and analytics to internal stakeholders and management as necessary.
  • Work alongside our buying department to better understand the product and category opportunities
  • Continuous analysis and ear to the ground on SEO and ecommerce updates, trends, and strategies
  • Social media and blogging guidance and understanding from an SEO perspective.
  • Coordinate and investigate efforts with the SEM strategy.

  • SEO experience for E-commerce / online retail
  • Minimum 4+ years previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in coding, search engine algorithms, and website architecture from a SEO perspective with the ability to provide top notch recommendations.
  • Solid analytical skills with key performance metrics is a must with an understanding of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools.
  • SEO copywriting best practice knowledge for on-page and off-page copy.
  • Ability to analyse backlinks and practice white hat link strategies.
  • SEO knowledge of various platforms including mobile and tablet in addition to desktop.
  • Should possess a good understanding of usability and online shopping behavior as our customers and online users are our number one priority.
