Job Description

  • In charge of managing several teams daily
  • Sets targets for the accounts
  • Checks reports, DTRs, agents’ schedules, break schedules and EODs created by the TLs
  • Analyzes reports
  • Ensures that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt responses and solutions to their challenges
  • Tracks and monitors the accounts’ performance
  • Conducts regular business review of all accounts
  • Has experience managing different outbound dialers
  • Has experience with running outbound sales driven cold calling campaigns
  • Hardcore outbound experience with predictive dialers - running and optimizing them

  • Degree Holder or with at least 2 years of college
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • With senior team lead / supervisory / managerial experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good thought process
  • No attendance issues (Good attendance record is a MUST)
  • Computer literate
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays

  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Has the ability to multitask
  • Has the ability to learn and understand different processes immediately
  • Can manage several teams
  • Team Player
  • Very independent
  • Knows how to change dialer settings for optimum performance
  • Knows how to interpret data for better team management
