The Opportunity

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to be join a large, Sydney based Accounting Firm. As an Executive Assistant based in Manila, you will provide high level, professional administrative services to support 4 Senior Partners in the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic, professional, and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
  • Receive, assist, and respond to general inquiries on behalf of the Managing Director ensuring a high level of confidentiality and customer service is provided to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports, and other documents and ensuring information is reviewed ahead of time.
  • Prepare meeting presentations on behalf of the Director and presenting them to the board if necessary.
  • Responsible for various project management on behalf of the executives
  • Skills and Experience

  • A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills necessary to represent an Executive, gather and share information and build and maintain effective collaborative relationships and teamwork with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to rapidly changing priorities and demands in a complex and high volume multidisciplinary environment.
  • Capacity to produce professional written materials including briefs, plans, analysis, reports and recommendations to inform decision making.
  • Evidence of ICT and records management skills including the use of databases, applications and systems along with high level use of Microsoft suite of programs.
  • Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to make and facilitate decisions and recommendations
