Job Summary JOB SUMMARY / OVERVIEW

Be a L&D Partner for a vertical area of Teleperformance focused on developing content and sharing best practises of the group

Provide high level consultancy, advice and support on L&D to key functional areas

Work with C-Level and the Global Process team to follow up on worldwide projects to improve training experiences for our employees throughout Teleperformance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Identify both individual and group development needs

Consult, design, schedule and facilitate effective learning approaches that are fully scoped and scalable

Instructional Design of content for both specialist and group wide audiences

Undertake analysis and evaluation of existing approaches to ensure materials, content and delivery methods maintain their relevance.

Measure the effectiveness of training programs through the Kirkpatrick model

Work closely with Senior Managers and Business Heads to identify opportunity for process improvement in Training

Facilitate Training programs to Managers within the group on an ad-hoc basis

Develop and align the standard of training process worldwide

Design and apply communication strategy to share best practices and news updates with our network and C-Level Management

Identify ways to further build and engage our community worldwide

Work on Major accounts as required to help troubleshoot training issues, both on site and virtually

Attend client meetings as required to represent the Organisation

Certification of countries following Corporate Audits

Identification of programs to be rolled out globally

Identification of new subject areas requiring global focus

Duties / Responsibilities MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and specific Training

Degree level education and recognizable industry experience

Global E-Learning training on TOPS, BEST R&S, BEST T&D, BEST QA and BEST AM

Work experience

Over five years training facilitation experience (Preferred)

Over five years training design experience (Preferred)

Over five years of experience in an outsourcing environment (preferred)

Experience of interacting with C-Level on key local or global projects (Required)

Operational experience and understanding gained within Teleperformance (Required)

Experience of working with the implementation and support of our BEST / TOPS standards (Preferred)

Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Preferred)

Special Certifications (if appropriate; identify if required to perform the job or just preferred)

COPC Registered Certification (Preferred) Qualifications : REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Skills

Fluency in written and spoken English

Intermediate to Advanced skill level of MS Office

Experience in using TP Tools

Proficient in Virtual Meeting platforms including (GotoMeeting and Skype for Business)

Planning and Organizing

Presentation and Public Speaking

Time Management
