GHD is seeking a hardworking and passionate Service Delivery Governance Specialist Change Management to join our friendly and collaborative IS team! The position will be part of our Strategy and Governance function within IS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Governing and supporting the IS Service Delivery systems and processes, with focus on simplification, standardisation and automation of common IS activities to improve the efficiencies of IS teams and the experience of internal and external clients
Overseeing the end to end process of Change Management for all changes globally to ensure that standardised methods and procedures are followed
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
Conduct impact analyses to assess change impact, change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs in Change Management
Manage the change portfolio
Required experience / skills :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunications), Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Experience and knowledge in Change Management principles, methodologies and tools
Certification in ITIL v3 or 4 Foundations
Industry Certification (ie MSCE) is desirable
Change Management certification or designation desired
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Willingness to work flexible working hours
Work schedule Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
