What's on the menu for you to do? We’re looking for a highly driven, passionate and knowledgeable Head of Marketing for New Verticals (NV) to join our local marketing team in the Philippines.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a really exciting and challenging role.
Ownership of the NV business unit - responsible for all marketing & growth activities for new verticals such as shops, panda go, among others.
People management : Leading and motivating a team, as well as stakeholder management of key local, regional and global colleagues for the NV business
Planning of 360 marketing campaigns and branding strategies, to grow top of mind and brand awareness for new verticals in the Philippines
Budget allocation and management for all NV marketing related campaigns, ensuring budgets are spent and reported within 95% each month

A seasoned marketer, with more than 10 years experience in the Philippine marketing & growth space
Knowledge of groceries or e-commerce would be ideal
With experience in in growing brands or introducing new brands or products
An inspiring leader with a proven track record of building & nurturing teams
Highly creative individual who isn’t afraid to propose and try new ideas
Great communicator, with the ability to diffuse conflict & get the best out of people
Ability to work within a tight timeline and juggle multiple projects at once
Positive attitude with excellent problem solving skills
