1 trillion in assets under management$132 billion in banking assetsResponsibilities : The Database Administrator is responsible for providing support to global marketing and RFP teams.

He is primarily responsible for content management and assisting with request for proposals (RFPs) or due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).

The Database Administrator is also responsible for formulating and communicating content strategy, roadmaps and distribution of relevant materials to respective stakeholders.

He will collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure that the RFP database, Qvidian, is up to date, accurate and visually appealing.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, Sales teams, and the Global RFP team in updating, maintaining, and producing timely and insightful content for the Northern Trust RFP database, QvidianSynthesize complex and / or technical information from subject matter experts into engaging and accessible written contentEnsures that content, exhibits, and diagrams adhere to Northern Trust’s branding guidelinesIdentifies new and amended content for inclusion within the RFP database, whilst also being mindful of the need to remove expired contentActs as a gatekeeper for new content requestsPrepare and present content strategy, roadmaps and communication material to marketing partners and subject matter expertsProvide answers from the RFP database and Subject Matter Experts to the RFP teams and Relationship Managers who respond to questionnaires from clients, client prospects, or consultants regarding the products or servicesInteracts on an ongoing basis with partners in finance, HR or product areas to obtain business statistics and updates tracking spreadsheets on a regular (monthly / quarterly / annual) basisMust be knowledgeable of the company’s products and services and keep abreast of industry events that may affect the company or our clientsPlan, estimate and scope content strategy work and collaborate with project managers to track tasks as neededOversees the development of DDQs, providing input or completing the more technical or complex aspects of the questionnairesEnsures that processes are well documented and controls are put in place to mitigate risksMaintain Detailed Procedural Analysis Documents (DPADs) as needed and ensure that any change in the process is updated in the DPAD in a timely mannerMeet all the SLAs set by the business for the process in terms of timeliness and accuracyProvides comprehensive, in-

depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical levelLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address issues identified by the team and prevent the recurrence of identified issuesProactively report any issues to the Team Leader or ManagerGive feedback about partner’s performance to their line manager based on observationMake sure to initiate team meeting with home country to receive feedback and deliver as per the expectationRespond flexibly to the needs of the current situation, amend own work program to deliver client requirementsProvide support to management in the implementation of strategic initiatives and achievement of business goalsIdentifies opportunities for process or operational efficiencies to boost productivityEncourage team members to consistently think of ways to mitigate risk in the course of operationsActively drive and deliver productivity and efficiency initiatives implemented by the teamDeliver on opportunities to reduce cost and FTE savings to meet the yearly productivity targetsPartners are required to comply with the regulatory regime in which Northern Trust operates as appropriate to the above rolePartners are expected to exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the areas the incumbent is responsible for are organized and controlledPartners are required to observe proper standards of the market, business, and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of dutiesRequired Skills : Excellent oral and written (both US and UK language) communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new tools for related functions (Sharepoint, etc.
