Must respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution within the agreed SLA.

Performs virtualization support preferably VMWware and OpenStack by resolving escalated incident from the customer
Provide L2 and L3 support
Compliance review scheduled compliance tasks performed monthly, quarterly and yearly
Escalation and Troubleshooting resolution of moderate to complex issues, escalation to hardware and virtualization vendor
Maintain, manage and provide troubleshooting procedures to various VMware / OpenStack issues and escalations
Provide support on other infra-related SR activities.
Knowledgeable in ServiceNow reports, developing dashboards and helping users understand data and patterns
Provide technical expertise, knowledge, and guidance to other System Administrators
Coordinates with vendors and suppliers when it comes to server and cloud support, if needed
Provide extended assistance to issues related to server and cloud, if needed.
Knowledge transfer to L2 / L3 ITS team
Assist vendors in troubleshooting, if needed.
Regular implementation standard review with ITS sysad / cloud team
Regular peer review of infra design, if needed.
Regular peer review with L2 / L3 ITS, if needed.
Technical and Process planning with O&M team
Operational requirement standard review
Attend Operational reporting review
Attend team meetings, huddles, DSU, trainings, and KT sessions
With 2 years Experience
Degree holder on any I.T. related courses.
Cloud Operation Specialist experience is a MUST
Storage Basics
Networking Basics
Virtualization (Vmware, Xen, etc.)
Server Monitoring
