Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems.
Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
We are looking for candidates having a minimum of 4-8 years’ experience in (Techno-functional) in Oracle-Retail applications (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc) for providing level two application troubleshooting and support for Retail cloud service customers
Requirements : -
1. Must have RMS knowledge and experience in resolving issues
2. Must have RMS batch knowledge and troubleshooting in case of issues
3. Knowledge on Oracle Retail Integration Bus - Implementation,Troubleshooting and fixing RIB issues.
4. Excellent knowledge in Retail processes systems
5. Technical knowledge Java, PL / SQL, UNIX
7. Knowledge on Oracle retail Planning products, Kubernetes will be an additional advantage
8. Experience in Weblogic Administration would be an added advantage
Responsibilities : -
1.Batch Monitoring customer environments
2. Apply Application Patches / Hotfixes
3. Resolve Customer SRs
4. Perform Lift n shift Operations
5.Enable cloud operations to resolve customer issues and requests through sharing best practices, training, tooling and directly resolving escalations
6.Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and achieve the high customer satisfaction
7.Act on behalf of the customer, partnering with engineering, cloud operations and customer service teams to restore customer availability or assist with implementations
8.Proactively monitor customer issues until they are fully resolved, keeping the customer informed along the way
9.Address support requests that are escalated to our team from other parts of the company
10.Document customer issues and other relevant details as part of the support your provide
11.Continually improve skills through work experience and training
12.Identify recurring issues and areas for improvement, providing these as input back to engineering teams for future enhancements
Qualifications : -
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or another technical field or equivalent work experience
2.Experience implementing or supporting the operations of Oracle Retail products on premise or in the cloud
3.Customer focus with a passion for delighting customers
4.Strong understanding of cloud concepts, platforms and application administration
5.Experience in cloud technical support, operations, application support or similar
6.Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and then train others
7.Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
8.Detail oriented and capable of working on multiple problems at once
