Job Description :
1.Coordinate with various teams to troubleshoot any CRMS issues reported by users.
2.Route issues to responsible OIST team depending on the issue types.
3.Take ownership of CRMS and resolve reported issues if the problem is internal to data or other problems.
153;s support team and ensure resolution in most effective manner.
5.Learn CRMS application tool to design and implement new functionality mainly of limit monitoring and reporting module together with ORM user or other functional team.
6.Learn about CRMS risk assessment module (workflow, financial template, and rating models) to assist ORM rating modeler in supporting and maintaining this module.
7.Deliver design document and assist user testing as needed.
8.Assist in work prioritization of ongoing and future functional development initiatives in ORM.
9.Develop ETL procedures and packages
