  • Maintain detailed knowledge of current market conditions both locally and nationally.
  • Help the acquisition of new business by identifying and exploring opportunities in the local market. particularly MSME.
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving activation of new & seasoned advisors and leaders.
  • Monitor and report on performance against agreed sales targets.
  • Create a framework for internal stakeholder management.
  • Represent Group Agency Sales in strategy alignment.
  • Job Specification :

  • 3-5+ years of relevant management experience
  • Ability to succeed in a highly matrixed, often corporate environment particulary Agency Channel
  • Passion for MSME and Startups
  • Exceptional product, sales process and industry knowledge is required
  • Negotiation, presentation and people skills.
  • Excellent strategic articulation and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge in Group Insurance Employee Benefit & Loan Protection Landscape, budget / target exercise and revenue cycle.
