Overview of the Role

Engage member of the Software Support leadership team who can help support, oversee and manage the different on-going projects and initiatives of the team.

This role also includes variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as providing administrative support to our Global and Local managers

The Role

  • Handle multiple projects, help in generating reports, answering queries and provide regular updates for on-going initiatives or projects
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
  • Preparing necessary management presentation materials for the meetings
  • Ensuring that project deadlines are met
  • Organizing, attending and participating in Leadership meetings
  • Documenting and following up actions and decisions from the meetings
  • Ensuring that all project deadlines are met and track all project related changes
  • Organize calendar and travel arrangements for Senior Managers
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • The Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field of study
  • At least 5+ years of experience in related field
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Can work and communicate well to different levels of management
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the team
  • Knowledge in office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • With good project management background
  • Skills and Proficiencies
