  • Job Responsibilities;
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Being updated with our products’ inventory levels
  • Gain knowledge on the company’s different product lines and offerings
  • Support sales team by creating quotations and other supporting documents
  • Assist in coordination of delivery and pulling out of product samples to clients
  • Occasionally assist with credits and collections
  • Conducting customer service functions - order status updates, after sales.
  • Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Requiremets :

  • BS / BA degree or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
