This role will be responsible for improving data quality of more than 750 attachments and requires greater attention to details.

The candidate will access vendor documents, review the information, data scrub and resolve any data quality issues before uploading to a specific folder.

The candidate will report to designated Manila Manager with a dotted line to US Finance Supervisor or Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Opening vendor attachment such as workorder signoff, before & after pictures, test reports, service provider electronic invoice, PM Checklist and Unit List / Log.
  • Review and scrub information from the attachment such as Vendor info (address, company name, phone #, etc.), Any & all vendor pricing, Vendor name anywhere on the SP paperwork and Vendor DNE.
  • Labeling attachment has been scrubbed then upload in a specific folder in the system.
  • Data Scrub removing vendor information mentioned above from the documents and other attachments.
  • Developing good relationships with stakeholders across the organization, through collaboration and interaction with them to resolve any data quality issues.
  • Developing best practice guidelines and providing feedback or report to onshore supervisors whenever applicable.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to ensure that best practice is followed.
  • Competencies

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    High School Diploma or College Level (any course)

    CERTIFICATES and / or LICENSES

    COMMUNICATION SKILLS

    Good written and verbal communication skills. BPO experience is not a requirement.

    FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

    Requires basic knowledge or understanding on financial terms and principles.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations.

    Requires basic analytical and quantitative skills.

    OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

    Basic computer function (beneficial to have basic Microsoft Office, Adobe or other PDF software)

    SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

    Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
