JOB DESCRIPTION :

Acts as the key link between company, hospitals and treatment healthcare to strategically increase the awareness and use of FKB’s products within assigned geographical area.

Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions to obtain the budgeted annual sales target

Key Areas of Accountability :

  • Achieve sales target assigned by the Company
  • Be a key link between our Company and medical and healthcare professionals / centers / hospitals
  • Work strategically to increase the awareness and usage of our Company's products
  • Effectively implement all Sales and Marketing plans, programs and strategies in assigned territories
  • Intensify relationship with key-opinion-leaders and key-accounts
  • Market intelligence about competition and market trends
  • Lead and develop Key account executive team
  • Develop CRM and sales reporting system
  • Other duties as assigned by Sales Manager
  • Knowledge & Experience :

  • Good product and industry knowledge
  • Must be team orientated, analytical, highly organized
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Committed to hard / smart working and continual learning
  • Minimum Qualification :

  • University Graduated BS-Biomedical Engineer or Lab technician
  • Minimum of 1 years proven sales track record and commercial operational management in Healthcare, preferably Hematology / Coagulation, IVD
